Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access your account or the app, you can also request deletion by emailing us directly. Please include your registered email address and name in the message so we can locate your account.

What Data Is Deleted or Retained?
The table below explains exactly what happens to your data when your account is deleted.

Order and payment records are retained in anonymised form only — meaning they cannot be linked back to you personally. This is required by Indian tax and accounting laws. All other personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
