By accessing or using the ShuddhOra website or mobile application (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. About ShuddhOra
ShuddhOra is a Mumbai-based brand that sells freshly ground, chemical-free flour products directly to consumers. Orders are placed via our mobile application and delivered to addresses in Mumbai and select surrounding areas.
3. Account Registration
To place an order, you must create an account using our mobile app. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage account sign-in. By creating an account, you also agree to Firebase's terms of service.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Freshness and Product Quality
Our products are ground fresh after each order is placed. Because no preservatives are used, we recommend consuming the flour within the timeframe indicated on your packaging. ShuddhOra is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to Mumbai, Maharashtra and select nearby areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, traffic, and operational delays. We will keep you updated via the app.
7. Returns and Refunds
Given the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@shuddhora.com with a description and photograph. We will assess each case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ShuddhOra website and app — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ShuddhOra and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShuddhOra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
